This page describes how Cain Consulting Inc. handles information collected through cainconsultinginc.ca.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company, project type, and message you submit. We also receive standard technical data from our hosting provider, such as IP address and request time, as part of operating the site.
How we use it
We use contact details only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to carry out that engagement. We do not sell personal information or use the form for marketing lists.
Where it is stored
The website is hosted on Google Cloud Run. Messages are delivered by email to contact@cainconsultinginc.ca. How long a message is retained depends on our ordinary email and business-record practices.
Your rights
If you are in Canada, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law including PIPEDA. Email contact@cainconsultinginc.ca to make a request.
